1. Introduction Welcome to The Pack 10 (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any digital asset, video pack, or template from this website (thepack10.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Digital Products & Delivery All products sold on The Pack 10 are 100% digital. No physical products will be shipped.

  • Delivery: Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an email containing a secure download link to access your files.

  • Access: Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support.

3. Refund Policy (Important) Due to the intangible nature of digital products, which cannot be “returned,” ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link has been generated and sent to you.

  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this “No Refund” policy.

  • Exception: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction upon proof.

4. License and Usage Rights When you purchase a pack from The Pack 10, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license.

✅ You CAN:

  • Use the assets in your personal or commercial projects (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads).

  • Edit, cut, filter, and add text/voiceovers to the videos.

  • Use the assets for unlimited views and monetization on social media platforms.

❌ You CANNOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original raw files as a standalone product (e.g., you cannot sell our packs on Etsy, Gumroad, or other marketplaces).

  • Claim the raw footage copyright as your own exclusive property.

5. Payment & Security All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

6. Limitation of Liability The Pack 10 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software (e.g., video editors, Canva) to use the files.
